The Powder Keg Awaits-Republicans Must Go Full Throttle
In my September 9 column, “Justice in the Uncivil Society,” I exposed the festering wound of “suicidal empathy”-a cultural cancer that coddles criminals while spitting in the face of the innocent, birthing vigilante fantasies from Dirty Harry to The Punisher. I warned that this progressive obsession, peddled by elites who’d rather hug a felon than protect a family, was unraveling civil society. Today, mere weeks later, that unraveling has hit a breaking point-a powder keg primed by soft-on-crime judges, Democrat demagogues screaming “Nazi!” and “Gestapo!” to incite rage, and a refusal to renounce the votes of those cheering political violence. Andrew Breitbart’s maxim, “politics is downstream from culture,” rings truer than ever: The cultural rot of leniency has flooded the streets with blood and the ballot box with fury. Republicans, hear this-the days of playing by the Marquess of Queensberry’s gentlemanly rules are dead. It’s time to swing for the fences, wipe Democrats out at the polls, or watch the keg ignite into chaos no one can contain.
Let’s name the four horsemen of this judicial apocalypse, each a case study in suicidal empathy’s body count. Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg, Soros’s anointed, let Brianna Rivers-a pro-abortion thug who battered pro-life activist Savannah Antao on camera-walk free. Felony assault? Poof, downgraded to a misdemeanor, then dismissed on a “speedy trial” technicality. Antao’s blood stained the pavement, but Bragg’s conscience? Spotless, apparently, as he chases Trump’s shadow while shielding leftist fists. This isn’t justice; it’s jihad against order.
In Orlando, Monique Worrell plays fast and loose with kids’ safety, dropping charges against a child porn peddler hoarding vile videos and waving off a park bench pervert who pleasured himself facing tots at a splash pad-because, what, “evidence” wasn’t Hollywood-perfect? Her office, drowning in 10,000+ backlogged cases, cries resource woes, but Florida AG James Uthmeier’s had enough, threatening state takeover. Worrell’s retort? Call him “ignorant” and keep the revolving door spinning. Soros’s $1 million PAC checks must feel cozy while children shudder.
Minneapolis’s Mary Moriarty, Hennepin County’s bleeding-heart crusader, is torching public safety with her new policy, effective October 2025, to stop prosecuting felonies-like drugs or guns-found in low-level traffic stops. Partnered with Philando Castile’s mom, she cloaks it in racial justice, but Sheriff Dawanna Witt’s 377 gun seizures from such stops in 2025 beg to differ. Moriarty’s bowing out in 2027, leaving a legacy of “equity” that’s just a euphemism for arming the lawless. Her exit speech? A smug call for voters to double down on reform. Good riddance, but the damage is done.
And then, North Carolina’s Magistrate Teresa Stokes, the DEI poster child who never passed the bar but ran a mental health clinic tied to her wife’s parallel gig-a cozy setup for “restorative” releases. Her January 2025 decision to free Decarlos Brown Jr.-14 priors, schizophrenic-on a written promise for 911 misuse unleashed a monster who stabbed Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutska 30 times on a Charlotte light rail in August. Bystanders froze, haunted by Daniel Penny’s prosecution for daring to act. Stokes’s “compassion” birthed “Iryna’s Law,” a GOP-led bill (81-31) to end cashless bail and mandate mental health evals, now teetering on Gov. Josh Stein’s desk as he dodges with CNN-word-salad cowardice. Removal calls for Stokes roar, but she’s still judging-mocking justice itself.
I asked @NC_Governor @JoshStein_ if he will sign "Iryna's Law" which is now on his desk after passing the state legislature. His answer: pic.twitter.com/Lsb59H9gqN

These aren’t flukes; they’re a pattern-a cultural surrender where judges and DAs, often bankrolled by Soros’s millions, treat predators like projects and victims like props. The result? A low-trust hellscape where neighbors clutch guns, not hands, fearing legal backlash for intervening. Zarutska’s screams went unanswered; Antao’s justice evaporated; Orlando’s kids dodge deviants; Minneapolis braces for unchecked firepower. This is the civil society Democrats have wrought, and their rhetoric only pours kerosene.
The party’s obsession with “Nazi,” “fascist,” and “Gestapo” slurs isn’t just lazy-it’s lethal. Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz slanders ICE agents as Gestapo for deporting traffickers.
And then there’s Abigail Spanberger, Virginia’s rage merchant, running for governor on a platform of pure fire. At campaign stops in Henrico and Buena Vista, she bellows, “Let your rage fuel you! Let your rage fuel you!”-twice in one speech, a deliberate dog whistle days after Charlie Kirk’s assassination and a Virginia GOP delegate’s death threats.
This is the tipping point, America-a cultural inferno where soft judges arm the streets and Democrat demagogues light the fuses. Breitbart’s truth holds: Politics flows from culture, and this culture of rage and leniency is a powder keg with a lit wick. The 250+ threats against officials in 2025, up 9% from last year, aren’t anomalies-they’re symptoms.
Republicans, the Marquess of Queensberry rules-those polite, punch-pulling norms of yesteryear-are dead. No more handshakes while Democrats play Molotov roulette. The 2026 midterms, with the GOP’s 3-5 point generic ballot lead, are an electoral knockout waiting to happen. Hammer the message: Democrats’ suicidal empathy and rage rhetoric are torching civil society. From Bragg’s Manhattan to Worrell’s Orlando, Moriarty’s Minneapolis to Stokes’s Charlotte, their policies breed bodies, not solutions. Leverage the OBBBA’s tax cuts-on tips, overtime, Social Security-to rally working-class voters burned by progressive elites. Push border security, as legal immigrants now back Trump’s deportation stance, fed up with chaos. Redraw maps mid-decade, exploiting state control to lock in 230-235 House seats. Play hardball, or the vigilante spark I warned of in September becomes a wildfire.
Democrats in contested races-Spanberger in Virginia, House hopefuls in swing districts-face a litmus test: Renounce the votes of those peddling “Nazi” slurs and political violence. Disavow the rage mobs and Soros’s soft-on-crime machine. Spanberger must spit out her “rage” mantra or be spat out by voters. No more platitudes post-bloodshed; no more hiding behind “context.” Republicans must bury them at the ballot box, wielding every legal lever-redistricting, ads, grassroots like Scott Presler’s voter drives-to crush this cultural rot. Fail, and the keg ignites: not just vigilantes, but a fractured nation where trust is a tombstone.
We’re past warnings. The fuse is short, the stakes existential. Culture’s collapse is here-politics must answer. Republicans, swing like Tyson, or we all burn. Choose.
